We appreciate you taking a moment to familiarize yourself with these policies to ensure a smooth experience for all guests. 1. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival. 2. To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal. 3. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur a fee due to enhanced cleaning measures and third-party cleaning schedules. Guests overstaying or delaying housekeeping will be liable for associated costs. 4. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens, illegal drugs or marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, sage, or any open flame. If our cleaners determine that any of the above has occurred during your stay, there will be a $200 charge per day of the reservation if this rule is not followed. 5. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8AM daily; rules of the Plantations Community. Please be respectful of our friendly neighbors. Our condo is very peaceful, relaxing and quiet. If any neighbors report excessive noise, your vacation rental agreement could be terminated and you’ll be asked to leave our property. Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the rental amount. 6. Illegal Activities Prohibited: Illegal activity, prostitution, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 7. Guest Limits: The number of overnight guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation. 8. No parties, events or gatherings of additional persons in the condo is allowed. 9. Security Camera: We receive notifications from the exterior video doorbell 24/7 located by the front door. The camera records the front door and walkway areas. We have access to the footage at all times. 10. If you have any concerns regarding cleanliness or maintenance, please notify us via message portal within 12 hours of your check-in. This allows us to resolve any issues quickly. Complaints made after this time or after check-out cannot be addressed and may not qualify for compensation. 11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos. If not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest you will be liable for the costs. 12. Guest Responsibility: Thank you for treating our home with respect and care. Please do not rearrange or move furniture, damage walls or take towels or other items from the condo. Please do not use the white towels or linens to clean up spills. There are extra old non-white towels along with paper towels available for your use. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages to us before checking out. Guests are responsible for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises. Unreported damages will be deducted from the security deposit or reported to the booking platform. In the event that damage to the property or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 13. No Commercial Use: Commercial photography and videography without written consent are strictly prohibited. 14. Agreement to House Rules: Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these Rental House Rules. We reserve the right to terminate the permission to occupy and to evict from the rental any guests or visitors who fails to adhere to these house rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community. Violations will result in liability for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Thank you for understanding
